SHIPPING & RETURNS

Free shipping on orders $99 or more (excluding taxes and discounts) for orders shipping to most provinces in Canada, excluding Nunavut, Northwest Territories and the Yukon.

Shipping fees are subject to change. Orders may be subject to additional shipping charges if sent to remote locations or if exceptionally large. Should your order incur additional charges, we will contact you before shipping.

Shipping Within Canada:
We ship to all Canadian provinces and territories. Free shipping on most orders valued at $99 CAD or more*.  Orders valued under $99 CAD are shipped using the following flat rates:

USA Shipping:

Effective immediately, we have temporarily suspended all shipments to the United States due to recent changes in cross-border trade regulations.

As of August 29, 2025, the United States eliminated its duty-free exemption for shipments under $800 USD from Canada. Additionally, new International Emergency Economic Powers Act (IEEPA) tariffs of up to 35% now apply to many Canadian goods entering the US, along with mandatory upfront duty payments and complex customs documentation requirements.

What this means for our US customers:

  • All shipments to the US now require upfront duty payments before acceptance

  • Additional tariffs of up to 35% may apply on top of product and shipping costs

  • Extensive customs documentation and brokerage fees are now mandatory

  • These changes have created prohibitively expensive shipping costs that we cannot reasonably pass on to our customers

Our commitment:

We are actively working with customs brokers and trade specialists to explore CUSMA compliance options that may allow us to resume shipping to the US in the future. We will update this notice as soon as alternative shipping solutions become available.

Shipping & Handling:
We ship most orders via courier or Canada Post. Orders are typically shipped out within 2-3 business days after receipt. Deliveries are not processed during weekends. In certain cases signature may be required.

Sales Tax:
Rocia® Naturals will collect sales tax on all orders based on the shipping address and province assigned to the order.
 

 

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

Standard Return Policy:
We stand behind all products sold on www.rocia.ca and through our showroom (8 Loyalist Drive, Suite A, Brighton, Ontario, Canada). If for some reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may arrange for a product return or exchange by contacting us at (613) 439-8888 or info@rocia.ca within 30 days of your purchase date. You must provide your order number and a copy of your receipt.

Any products purchased beyond 30 days may be eligible for an exchange, pending approval. We may, from time to time, offer our customers clearance deals. Such items are considered "final sale" and are not covered under our standard return policy.

Rocia® Naturals does not provide returns or exchanges for products purchased at locations beyond www.rocia.ca and through our showroom (8 Loyalist Drive, Suite A, Brighton, Ontario, Canada). Purchases made through a retailer are covered under the retailer's return policy.
